Why I smile.
There are many reasons why I smile, because i am happy, because i’ve seen something witty or ironic, maybe even thinking of something funny in my mind.
But the most important reason I smile is because when you smile someone will always smile back. They might smile simply because it is a reflex, you have smiled at them and they are returning the favour. Or maybe, just maybe, they’ve had a bad day, and you have just smiled at them, and they smile back because they see kindness in your eyes and a genuine smile. For one second of the day, even if it’s a friend or a stranger, they share a little moment with you.
So that is why I smile, because no matter what I want to make others smile, and be happy. One smile at a time.
